When you submit the sign-up form, we may collect the mobile phone number and email address you provide, your separate choices about SMS and email marketing, consent timestamps and disclosure versions, verification and opt-out status, and technical details reasonably necessary for security and consent records.
How we use it
We use this information to manage your subscription preferences, verify contact information when appropriate, send the promotional messages you request, respond to inquiries, protect the system from misuse, and maintain consent and compliance records. We do not make enrollment a condition of buying anything from Cloud 9.
SMS privacy
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Technology service providers may process information on our behalf solely to operate our messaging and data systems, subject to appropriate obligations.
Messages and choices
If you opt into promotional texts, you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an SMS to opt out, or HELP for assistance. If you opt into emails, you may unsubscribe using the link included in our marketing emails or contact us directly. We will honor applicable opt-out requests and maintain suppression records.
How we protect and retain information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers, and retain information only as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No internet service can promise absolute security.
